Community Lighthouse has a strong history serving Lakewood, NJ and the surrounding townships.  We are a 501(c) 3 not for profit organization established in 2006 for the purpose of providing relief and development services in and around the Lakewood community. At the present time the organization is made up of volunteers. The established means of governance is through an active Board of Directors (BoD).  The BoD ensures compliance to local, state and federal mandates applicable to the types of services provided as well as directing the vision, goals and purpose of the organization.  The BoD is the primary contact and driving force to establish Alliance Partners, revenue streams and appointing key leaders.

We have a close partnership with the House of Blessing Food Pantry at Calvary Lighthouse.  Working with the pantry we have conducted food drives, food distribution events, clothing drives and with the help of OHI provided a medical screening outreach in 2011.
